SLAT Exam Pattern - Section-wise Difficulty Level

Candidates who wish to know the SLAT 2025 test pattern must also know the exam difficulty level. Knowing the degree of difficulty of the test will assist them in deciding which areas of the exam are tougher. Check out the SLAT section-by-section difficulty level for SLAT Test 1 and SLAT Test 2:

SLAT Exam Pattern 2025: Marking Scheme

The exam authority will create the SLAT 2025 results based on the following parameters:

  • Candidates will receive one point for each accurate attempt.
  • There will be no negative grading for incorrect or no attempts.
  • There are no points earned or subtracted for questions not tried by the contestants.
  • The overall scores are based on the number of right answers out of a total of 60.

SLAT Exam Pattern: Admission Process

Candidates must also be aware of the components of the SLAT 2025 exam on which they will be admitted to a Symbiosis Law School. The following SLAT components are described as follows:

SLAT Exam

  • The first component of the admission process is the SLAT exam
  • The total score for SLAT is 60. However, these points are reduced to 50.
  • SLAT has a weightage of 50/100 overall in the admission process.

SLAT PI

  • SLAT PI is an abbreviation for SLAT Personal Interview, which is an interview that evaluates candidates' aptitude and personality for law school. 
  • SLAT PI has a weightage of 30/100 overall in the admission process.

SLAT WAT

  • The SLAT WAT stands for the SLAT Written Ability Test, an online essay writing exam. 
  • SLAT WAT has a weightage of 20/100 overall in the admission process.

Once all three processes have been completed the combined scores of SLAT, SLAT PI, and SLAT WAT (50+30+20 = 100) will lead to admission to a 5-year LLB course in SLSs across India.
