In 2023, the Consortium of NLUs added two new exam centers- Diu and Silvasa to their list.

The Consortium of NLUs might add or remove CLAT Exam Centers 2025 based on the registration data across the country. On the day of the CLAT 2025 exam, you should enter the center before 1:30 PM. However, it is always advised to enter the hall from 1 PM.

Also, without CLAT 2025 admit card and other essential documents you will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.

How to Select CLAT Exam Centers 2025?

Given below is the step-by-step process for selecting your preferred exam center:

  • Step 1: While registering for the online application at the official website, candidates must click on the ‘Apply’ button
  • Step 2: After filling in their details and academic qualifications, candidates can select CLAT 2025 Exam Centre at the CLAT Application Dashboard.
  • Step 3: After selecting the exam center and paying the application fees, candidates can submit their applications.

How to Edit CLAT Exam Centers 2025 Preference?

Given below is the step-by-step process to edit exam center preference:

  • Step 1: Candidates should log in to their online application on the official website.
  • Step 2: Candidates should then click on the ‘Edit My Application’ button on the dashboard.
  • Step 3: Candidates should navigate to Exam Centre Preference Tab and update their exam centers.
  • Step 4: Candidates should then click on the ‘Next’ button and check the declaration box before saving the form.

Documents Required at CLAT Exam Center 2025

The candidates must carry the following items inside the exam centers:

  • Blue/Black Ball Pen

  • Own mask, gloves, and personal hand sanitizer.

  • Disability certificate for PWD candidates

Candidates Using Scribe in CLAT 2025

Specially Abled Persons (SAP) applicants will be allowed an extra 40 minutes to finish the exam. Blindness, limited eyesight, locomotor disability, mental retardation, hearing impairment, and other disabilities would be included in this category. A certificate of disability issued by a competent authority is required of them.PwD applicants can also benefit from the use of a scribe.

Candidates who want a scribe during the exam must have specified this while registering. Photocopies of the appropriate documents must also be uploaded (attested by Gazetted officers).

Given below is a list of documents that will be required:

  • A statement indicating if the candidate will bring a scribe or if the CLAT authorities would provide one.
  • If the candidate arranges for a scribe, the scribe must sign a declaration declaring that he or she will follow all laws and regulations and will not engage in any unethical behavior such as assisting the candidate in answering questions. They will only be responsible for reading the questions and marking/clicking the proper responses.
  • From the competent authority, a certificate of disability is required.

CLAT 2025 Exam Day Instructions

At their various exam centers, candidates are advised to follow the following guidelines:

  • Candidates must maintain a certain level of social distance and avoid crowds or gatherings.
  • At the gate, mandatory body temperature checks will be undertaken.
  • Candidates must use the masks and gloves provided by the exam centre instead of their own.
  • Those who have had close touch with other candidates or invigilators must wash their hands before proceeding.
  • Candidates with COVID-19 symptoms, such as a temperature, must request a different room.
  • Candidates who use scribe services must ensure that the scribe follows the guidelines as well.
  • Candidates who are caught cheating or aiding other candidates may be disqualified and prosecuted.
  • The candidate must arrive at CLAT exam centre one hour prior to the start of the exam. Candidates who arrive at the exam centre 15 minutes after the exam has begun will be denied admittance.
  • The CLAT consortium will not provide a baggage counter, and the candidate is solely responsible for the safekeeping of personal possessions.
  • The candidate must sign the admit card in the presence of the Invigilator once inside the CLAT exam center 2025. The signature must be the same as the one that was uploaded when the CLAT application form 2025 was submitted.
